Corporate Governance
The cornerstone of our corporate governance program is the RightNow Code of Ethics and Business Conduct Policy. The Code establishes our general ethical and legal standards that everyone at RightNow is expected to know and honor. It incorporates the RightNow Promise and is designed along with the Core Values to guide our behavior at RightNow.
Our Board of Directors has adopted the Code as a key element of our governance program. Adhering to the principles of the Code allows us to maintain trust with our key stakeholders—our customers, employees, partners and shareholders—and grow our business in a sustainable manner.
