RightNow Technologies has voluntarily adopted the new Securities and Exchange Commission rules that allow issuers to provide proxy materials to their stockholders on the internet for annual stockholders' meetings. RightNow believes that internet availability of proxy materials will lower the costs of delivering such materials while also reducing the environmental impact of printing and mailing. ANNUAL REPORT AND PROXY MATERIALS

Stockholders: Sign Up for Electronic Delivery and Vote Your Shares Online

If you have not already signed up to receive your proxy materials electronically, you will receive a notice in the mail with voting instructions. RightNow encourages you to access and review all of the information contained in the proxy materials before voting. You also can enroll to receive electronic delivery of future materials at the same site where you vote your proxy online.

If you were a stockholder of record at the close of business on April 14, 2008, you are entitled to vote at the 2008 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. You will need to enter the control number you received with your proxy materials or Notice of Internet Availability of proxy materials at one of the third-party sites below.

Registered Stockholders. If your shares of RightNow stock are registered directly in your name with our transfer agent, Computershare Trust Company, N.A., you were mailed a full printed set of proxy materials and a proxy card with instructions for voting and electing to receive future materials electronically. You may vote your shares online at: http://www.investorvote.com/RNOW.

Beneficial Stockholders. If you hold your shares of RightNow stock in an account in your name with a brokerage firm, bank trustee or other agent, your proxy materials and instructions for voting and enrolling for electronic delivery of future materials are available for review online at: www.proxyvote.com. You may also request a printed set of proxy materials and a proxy card at no charge* at this site or by following the instructions set forth in the Notice of Internet Availability of proxy materials that you received.

If you are not a stockholder, but would like to receive information, you may request either printed reports here or electronic delivery here as new reports are released.

*Requests for printed materials and a proxy card must be made on or prior to May 23, 2008 in order to allow sufficient time for your vote to be counted. Upon your request, such materials will be sent to you free of charge.
