In 2008 RightNow Technologies voluntarily adopted the new Securities and Exchange Commission rules that allow issuers to provide proxy materials to their stockholders on the internet for annual stockholders’ meetings. RightNow also utilized internet availability of proxy materials in 2009 and reduced the number of printed hard copies and mailing costs associated with traditional delivery methods.
Stockholders: Sign Up for Electronic Delivery
Stockholders can enroll to receive electronic delivery of future materials. The benefits and convenience of electronic delivery include:

- Reduction of the amount of mail you receive
- Reduction of the printing and mailing costs
- Ability to vote your proxy electronically
- Environmentally more friendly
Registered Holders: If your shares of RightNow stock are registered directly in your name with our transfer agent, BNY Mellon Shareowner Services (“BNYM”), you may elect to receive future materials electronically at Investor ServiceDirect® at www.bnymellon.com/shareowner/isd where step-by-step instructions will prompt you through enrollment. You will need to have your Investor ID and PIN number in order to access your account.
Beneficial Stockholders: If you hold your shares of RightNow stock through a bank or brokerage, you can enroll for electronic delivery on your broker’s website or by visiting with your broker in person. Your account number will be required to enroll on-line.
